Jedanaesti Regionalni Evroatlantski kamp REACT 2018 će se održati u Gusinju od 03. do 08. septembra 2018 godine. Ovo je ranije dogovoreno na sastanku predstavnika opštine Gusinje i predstavnika nevladine organizacije ALFA Centar, organizatora ove ljetnje škole gdje će Opština Gusinje finansijski podržati organizaciju ovog kampa. Svake godine ovaj kamp u Crnoj Gori okuplja oko 100 mladih ljudi i oko 20 predavača iz 40 zemalja. Osim tema odbrane, vojske i NATO-a, ovogodišnji REACT će biti upotpunjen i temama vezanim za integracioni proces Crne Gore ka Evropskoj Uniji. Svake godine mjesto održavanja REACT-a su različite opštine sa sjevera Crne Gore. Imajući u vidu potrebu promovisanja sjevera naše države smatramo da će održavanje REACT-a od 03. do 08. Septembra ovoj opštini doprinijeti tom cilju. Planirane su aktivnosti u Vusanju, na Grebajama, obilasci Alipasinih izvora, Grlje i Oka Skakavice. Širom Crne Gore već su postavljeni najavni bilbordi i city light za ovu manifestaciju koja se održava u Opštini Gusinje. U nastavku je Draft verzija Agende ovog događaja:
